The Quarterly Panel Discussion by Harvard Real Estate Review and Harvard Real Estate Weekend is inviting speakers in three different countries, representing different perspectives of business, design, and technology, across three geographies, to discuss emerging AI technology and its state-of-the-art application in Real Estate. What is the state of technology, and what is the value for practitioners? What is the role of traditional engineers, designers, and business developers in approaching AI? What are new opportunities and challenges? How can new ventures create new value through design, technology, and business of AI? As disruptors, what are challenges in transforming the traditional process of design and development in Real Estate?
